Health Tips: Cholesterol and premature ej@culation

What is Cholesterol?
Cholesterol is a waxy fat like substance that is found in all cells of the body. The body produces 85% of cholesterol required; while the other 15% is gotten from certain food such as dairy products, eggs and meat. The body needs a limited amount of cholesterol and when there is too much, health problems such as heart diseases, premature ej@culation just to name few.
High cholesterol
High Cholesterol is a condition in which you have too much cholesterol in your blood. For many men, the risk from high cholesterol starts in their 20’s and increases with age. It puts men at greater risk of heart attacks, strokes and peripheral artery diseases. High blood cholesterol usually has no signs or symptoms thus; many people do not know that their cholesterol levels are high.

How does High Cholesterol correlate with premature ej@culation
High Cholesterol in a man’s system can lead to premature ejaculation (P.E). The blockages caused by plaques result to inadequate circulation of blood throughout the body including the penis and genital area, which will then alter his performance in bed leading to premature ejaculation. The higher the cholesterol levels, the more likely it is to suffer any of the types of premature ej@culation problems. It is important to get checked regularly, because as mentioned earlier there are no symptoms for high cholesterol.
